If they were 4 DTM exhausts it would be even cooler! Very cool, I don't know what kind of effect it would have on the CLK though.

Out Of Control!!
It'd be even cooler if it wasn't an illusion. There is 1 muffler or the left, with it's respective two tipes, then a pipe that extends from it to the right side. Looks good, but other than that, there's no point.
