ecu question need advice

ecu question need advice
im experiencing a random misfire i tryed everything frm injectors to plugs coil packs wires its at crank sensor everything its leading us to the ecu i was wondering if you can use one frm another car and if it needs programming the shop told me you cant use one frm another car cuz it gets married to the car or some **** like that and have to use a new one and their talking about 1300 for just ecu anyone got any sugestions im not trying to get jacked

yea MAF has been changed compression is good whats goin down is injector 5 an 7 are shutting of then after a while #6 but its not the actual injectors cuz i changed those fuel pressure is good theres continuity frm the injectors to ecu so im thinking its the ecu but idk yet its a big head ache
