SLK55 / CLK 430 / Yamaha R1
CLK Key/ Ignition problem
Hi

I have a problem; my key is unlocking the car but not starting the car when it's inserted in the ignition.

The little plastic plate that is sprung loaded (the part that the key presses against) is still stuck inside and not coming out.

Does anyone have any idea as to what it could be?

Key problem
Just had this same problem a few weeks ago and had the original ignition switch replaced and had to have new key programmed. $$$
