I need new rotors.
MB says I will need new rotors soon. I asked if they could be turned and was told that MB rotors don't turn they get replaced. How profitable for them. I think I just need the front done, but will probably do the rear as well if I'm going to go through the trouble.
I'm thinking of going with some Brembo rotors and pads if I have to change anyway. Anyone that has changed rotors, specifically to Brembos, I'd love to hear about your experience. What about these dustless Porterfields? ForMyMercedes.com sells the Porterfields as well as a section on cryogenic treating for new rotors. Wow. This is a great hobby if you're itchin to spend some money.
Anyway, I'd like to hear some thoughts on changing rotors and pads. Thanks guys. I'm getting great information from this board and I hope to be able to add my knowledge when I'm done.

I've heard that Porterfields will squeak like an 18 wheeler.
If you put the Brembos, the brake sensor won't work.
