01 CLK 320 Cabriolet

CLK320 whine / wheeze / moan on light decelleration

Car is a 2000 CLK 320.

I've noticed recently a slight whine/wheeze/moan on light decelleration. (IE when I am going 35 mph and gently take my foot off the gas)

It sounds like intake/air flow noise to me. Sound familiar to anyone? Perhaps emissions control related?
