I have a 2000 CLK 430 convertible with just 52K miles on it in great shape. I have had the car for about 5 years as I bought it used and am on the fence about selling it as I love the car and would be lucky to get 1/2 of what I paid for it. First off what do you all think I could get for it as it is in mint condition but does not have the heated seats nor xenon lights.

I think you mean you have had it for 9-10 yrs since you bought it new and not 5 years. But, I will tell you that the E55 is one beautiful car and will be well worth getting!! I have lusted after one myself and will hopefully have one someday.
As far as our CLK430's go..they have actually plunked down in price quite a bit and can be bought on Ebay pretty darn cheap now so I will not even trade it in or sell it. If I were you I would keep it as your Daily Driver and have the E-class for the family. But if you are intent on selling it then KBB has it for 10,500 in excellent condition and 8800 on the low end.
I have had the clk430 for 5 years I bought it used not new and paid 33K for it which is why it would be hard to part with. I baby the car as it sits in the garage all winter under a cover and on a battery tender and only drive it on the weekends and nice days in the spring/summertime. I drive a 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee as my daily car. Hard to justify a 3rd car especially when I have just a one car garage.
