Gas Gauge Malfunctioning.
For the last two days, my gas gauge is reading empty after a fillup and sometimes does not move when I start my car up. Every other time, it'll read normally, but once in a while, it'll stick on the empty part of the gauge.
The car is a 2001 430 with 16k miles.
Also, the speedo needle is ticking rather than running smoothly around the 60mph mark.
All of these needle problems are intermittant. But they sure do bother me when they pop up.

I’ve just recently had the gas gauge repaired under warranty. Apparently this is a common problem with the CLK’s from 98’-01’. Just take it to the dealer and they should be able to repair it the same day.
