my clk swerving......

I recently bought a 2002 430 clk. i noticed that the car swerves to the left at lower speeds, but on higher speeds its fine. i took it back to the dealership and they told me that it was because the right side tires had more thread then the left. Im just curious if this is the truth. thanks!

btw I did ask them if the steering aligment or tire balance was off, but they said when they put the car up everything was fine...

That's certainly possible, the wheels on the left have to rotate faster than the ones on the right. How did you end up with tires like this??

for a quick and easy temporary check, swap the tires and go for a spin. See if the problem moves. They should be directional tires so that could also be your problem??
