Misfire, EC button... MAF maybe? 99' clk320

Hell everyone!
I have a 99 CLK 320..
Okay so my OBD2 reader is saying that i have
3 stored DTCs
-P0300 Random Misfires
-p0303 Cylinder 3 misfire
-p0305 cylinder 5 misfire
and 1 Pending DTCs
-p0110 intake air temp sensor 1 circuit

Okay well Ive tried narrowing down the misfires.
I've moved the wires and coils around, and even the fuel Infectors to see if i moved the problem the problem would move as well, that wasn't the case.. so now the only other thing i can think is the problem is the MAF? A family friend who looked at the Diagnostic report said that it's gotta be something electrical..
The problem does go away (the shaking and check engine light, accelerating)when the codes are erased but the do return some time later...

Also my EC light is on, could that be a result of the misfires, and how to i turn it off because pushing the button does nothing

Your help is greatly appreciated thanks!

Also does anyone know how to rest the service due? after Ive done my own work, because it didn't automatically reset like it had done once before a while back

CLK430 Cab
I have had this problem with other mercedes. It was always the wiring harness for the engine to the ECU. Mercedes make there wiring harnesses biodegradable. In fact there whole cars are. Too bad is starts to happen when you still own them. In the past when we have removed teh wiring harnesses they were ripped and rotted to shredds.
