On the subject of loaner cars....
Do you have to call in advance to get a loaner car? Everytime that I've gone to get my car serviced by either Park Place or the Mercedes-Benz of Houston North dealership, they tell me that loaner cars are 10-14 business days away, and that I have to schedule accordingly.
Also.... the only loaner car I've ever gotten from them has been a Toyota Camry.... talk about the biggest piece of crap to drive!!

As long as I make an appointment there is a car waiting for me.
If not another MB a rep from Enterprise is just a phone call away. So far I've only gotten a Benz.
