Ghostrider's Rear Camber Kit INSTALLED!
Amazing, balance, simple, more confident driving, better tire wear...just a few adjectives that come to mind after installing this kit.
I JUST got back from the alignment shop; by the way they said that the ease, design and function of the arms are perfect.
I actually helped my European mechanic here in small town NM install the arms this morning. With a lift, it shouldn't take ANYONE more than an hour and a half for both sides. Took us an hour on one side, and 20 minutes for the other. Ghostrider was right about having them at the 13" length when starting. We didn't even have to use a jack on the wheels to relieve stress at all. It really was simple and in fact, using just your driveway and a jack I'm confident anyone could do it this way as well.
The only other piece of advice I would give to people is, where they bolt up to the INSIDE of the car, not the caliper side, you will need to take and "object" and slightly bend the two mounting brackets to open them up a bit bigger. Don't bend them too much, just enough to allow you moving room in between to line up holes to put the bolt through. Other than that, it's easier than changing brake pads.
The car now rides much more "stable." I don't get the slightest sway or drift when in turns. My tires will now wear even, and I thank you very much once again for this kit, Ghost.
NOW GET ME THE FRONT!!!!
