I'd like any opinions on the current market demand for CLK 320s and resulting price (above or below list). I live in Texas and am considering buying a 2002 CLK 320 coupe soon, and would like to know if the demand is such that the dealer can ask for more than list price, or if the weakened economy has given some leverage back to the buyer, and I could perhaps negotiate a better price.

Any opinions or experiences would be appreciated.

coupe or cab? there are dealers in s. cali who have the nerve to ask over msrp for the cabs. but the coupes u probably can lower the price from msrp.

You definitely shouldn't pay more than MSRP for the coupe. If you are taking a car that they already have on their lot, you can probably squeeze some extras out of them.
