OK, let me make is very short... U need 2 things: A HOOK AND LONG PLIER
I made a simple hook to pull out dashboard from coat hangers.

U stick the hook on the side of the dash on both sides till it hooks and pull it out (to pull the dashboard out.). Now , i dont need the hook anymore, i can press on the lower side of the dash on both side and pull it out with my fingers.

once its out , get the long plier so u can reach the bulbs (to twist em and pull em out)replace em with led and put it back in.

u will done in 10 mns max.

my clock is broken, and only parts of each number comes up the way your temp does..is that an easy fix? Also, can the needle color be changed? i was thinking white speedometer numbers, blue needles, and blue temp, clock, and whatever the center display is called haha

I fixed my pixels and they are still running strong. It is not the easiest diy but it is do-able. I had an old cluster to practice on before I took the plunge on my current one. Register on benz world and there is a complete write-up on the pixel fix.
