55k airbox on w208 clk55 help

thinking about doing the 55k y splitter to two airbox and kevlar air tubing...after some research...

for the y splitter

1. it has to be reversed and use electric tape on both side to snug it up to the maf? what do people use to plug the s/c hole?

airboxs

1. they should just bolt onto existing post correct?

kevlar air tubes

1. will it reach to the front of the w208 grill? if so how does one modify it to fit the rectangular shape vs the w211 funnel shape?

engine cover

1. which engine cover will fit without too much modifications? 55k engine cover, c63 engine cover, or suggestions?

from searching, i've gathered all the part numbers just wanted to make sure it's worth it and i'm tired of looking at that huge heat soaking air box on top

if you buy the E55K airbox why not get the E55K front cover too ? The E63 front cover will fit too with alittle modification.

For the SC hole lol,

Most of the ppls leave it like that.
