ONCE a year,it happens to me, the lights comes on while driving..Then i shut the car off and reset em, and gone for good.
i havent had this prob since last June.
I took the car at the shop last year and told me everything is fine and working.
what causes the light to come on ???
sensors? its is because my car is too low and stiff and sensor gets the hit that someone is not working..
im lost and confused

Same thing happened to me a few weeks ago. I had changed my brakes/rotors, everything was fine that day but when I started my car the next day the ESP/BAS light was on. Once I drove the car out of my drive way it turned off and has not happened since. Kinda odd.. but *hit happens...

2000 CLK 430
changed my brake switch years ago when i got that abs light, then i reset the car by turning the wheel full lock left to right....but didnt help, kept coming back, eventually i got the front rotors, pads, and sensors replaced, and it never came back since.....so i am thinking it could be the switch or in my case it was the sensor at the rotor
