byip, AWESOME car !!!! Those rims and wheels look great. So does the Brabus embelem on the back. Do 18" wheels look that much different than the 17" ones. Are they that much more noticeable?
lemme know cause I just ordered new 17" Michelen ZRs. The back ones are wider than the front ones slightly.

i think they are noticable.. if i had the cash, i would've bought 19s, but the 18s (monoblock V) cost $525/rim & tire and the 19s only come in multipiece rim at a cost of $1276/rim & tire. if you got the cash, go w/ 19s. they look just right on the car.

No, but why wouldnt you want to spend $5k on all the equipment i have over command system? command system isnt even a DVD based navigation system = RIP OFF.
RJC: Nice car! Have you ever considered blacking out the two small verticle chrome lines just above and below the circle of your grill star?

Hey byip, Nice setup. You obviously thought about all that gear for a while so what's your opinion on satellite radio? I'm dying to replace my stock Bose, but I'm still trying to figure out what direction to go. (And yes, considering the price of MB's outdated Comand, $5k is well worth what you've got.)

heres the dilly w/ xm radio: 1) you have to install an ugly antenna on the vehicle 2) its a monthly service ($10-20) 3) the units themselves are pricey 4) i never buy 1st gen equipment (always has bugs they need to iron out) 5) id like to buy a unit that will support everything ie:mp3 capability, cdtext, dvd, and be fully cdr/rw compatible. hope this helps...
