Clk 430 or e320?

2002 Clk 320
Clk 430 or e320?
So i was planning on getting a 02 clk430, because i want something faster than my 02 clk320 and the 430 would have alot less miles. but my cousin was saying i should just get a 04 or 05 e320 or 350 i wanted a convertable but on the other hand a newer merc. what would you guys do?

) .....on the other hand just get a CLK55 AMG
you can actually get quite a deal on them right now. I have noticed most clk430's actually cost more on Autotrader than the clk55's with the SAME miles and year lol......thats just MY opinion though

Thats wat i was leaning more towards i live in LA and i see the E classes alot. Not so much the clk well the 02's at least.
I don't really use the back seats that much and there pretty much fine for the people i have back there. Thanks for the advise. hopefully within the next few months ill have a clk430 or even 55

i can't make it sat.. someone 2day bent my wiper arm while i was at the gym and im freaking mad as i could be.. then i had to drive in the storm and i couldnt see ****.. enough said.
