HELP - 2002 CLK430 will not start

2002 MB CLK 430 and 04 Infiniti G35
HELP - 2002 CLK430 will not start
I'm leaving work, go to start my car, its hesitates, but starts.
I'm driving , the radio cuts off and back-on, like a powersurge; driving 45 minutes more and come to a light - my car shuts down and restarts ( the ABS and BAS warning lights flash) - I'm still in drive sitting at the light, make it home (thank God), pull in garage, turn my car off.
Try to start my car, the dashboard lights up, but nothing happens.. Could this be the battery? Any suggestions on what to check!!!
