2003 CLK 320 Cab

chrome side mirror frame

Wondering if anyone has placed those chrome side mirror frames on their CLKs?

I have a 2003 CLK cab and have noticed two different versions. I found them in the park place auto accessories catalog.

The first is just the frame and the other appears to be an entire cover. Just wondering which one would be for my car and has anyone put them on theirs.

I've seen them in accessory catalogs, but they look tacky, IMO.

yea I agree. Have you seen an Audi S4 or s8 with the chrome mirrors? It dosn't look that great in my humble opinion, but if you like them take a look at either of those cars they have full covers on them not just frames

i disagree

i think it depends on what color car you have. If you have ablack car, it would look great, but if you had a white car it would look tacky.

...........I have the chrome rear view mirror frame on my CLK32K. It looks beautiful. It looks OEM because it blends with cars factory chrome exterior accents. I am not sure how it will look on a CLK430 or 55 because unlike the chrome extrior accents in a 320, the 430 and 55 have black exterior accdents and the chrome mirror frames might then generate a more dramatic contrast.
