Need new pads, and roters... got some questions

Need new pads, and roters... got some questions
OK, I still have my car even after pricing it for $30,000.00.....
At any rate the wife said that the brake linings light is on. So i guess after 61,000 its time for a set of pads
Anyway with the 19" wheels on the car you can see the roters real well. I was wondering if the roters off a S500 (cross drilled ones will work on the CLK430's..... I know that it will not help out a lot if any but it sure would look nice.
Now onto pads, where is the best and cheapest place to get them. Its on the wifes car so ofcourse it all intown driving. However i wash the car and the brake dust is mad.
So anyone have any sugestions.
