The picture posted looks like just a Tip. Is it a tip replacement or a full cat-back exhaust?

W213 '17 E43 ///AMG - W211, W208 no more
They have sell the tip alone or as part of an exhaust system. I'm not sure if it is a cat back or just the rear muffler section.
