2002 CLK
Can't get my CLK hood open
did a search and couldnt find anything---

Pull the release lever on my 2002 CLK. One side of the hood releases to the saftey catch but the other side is still latched. Pulling harder on the release lever and mutiple attempts have the same result. I am guessing I will need to somehow access the individual mechanism from below and repair or adjust the cable leading to that individual side.

ANY help, ideas, or suggestions are appreciated

update----OK got the hood open, had the wife pull the cable inside while I pushed down on the side that wouldnt open on the outsid
