I've followed your previous posts so I know that you are well versed in your car and you should be able to tell if the device is working properly but I will detail the steps I took on my 2003 Cab as follows:

In zero position drive normally and stop car, change to green and press accelerator and you should feel a quicker response, stop car and change to red and you should feel a faster response.
No, you mis-understood. I get absolutely no response from the pedal when installed. It does not run except for idle.

The thread originator of the thread was driving a 2000 CLK430, I'm guessing your booster is defective your description indicates a disruption in the drive by wire signal.

@jonUF02

Have you tried testing it if it gives any signal at all? I mean with a Multimeter.
Hope everything gets sorted and you enjoy your Benz with a bit more sprint

Does the LED change state from green to red as you cycle through the modes? Presuming everything works fine when you take the Sprintbooster out of circuit, it would seem that the booster may be defective? BTW, there is no additional trick to the installation. Just plug and go.
