Ash Tray Removal

Ash Tray Removal
Does anyone know how to remove the ash tray assembly in a 208? Nothing in the forum for a CLK. Need to get to the cig. lighter wires, but they are below and to the right of where I can reach. Anything anyone has on this will be appreciated.

Got that part, thanks - what I now need is how to get the rest of the assembly out so I can get to the cig. lighter wires that I can feel, but can't get to. It looks like there is a screw on the left and one in the back. Any more screws?

You need to take the shifter surround off and then you will see 2 screws. remove those and pull the ash tray out twords you. there are clips in the back but they will come free with removal. to remove the shifter surround just pull up from the front.
