seating comfort in CLK 320 or 430 cabriolets
As we do long driving trips, this is a critical point, and so a potential deal breaker.
Any input from current/past owners would be greatly appreciated
Thanks
Since you haven't bought your car yet, find one with the "Lumbar" option. I'm not sure exactly what its called (maybe someone can comment) but basically it allows you to adjusts the firmness/cushion of the seats internally using controls on the inner side of the seats.
of course if compare to S-class , the seat on S is more comfortable , but i still feel the seat on clk is very good
those multicontour seats do add to the comfort too... you won't be disappointed with the seats.
I can't say the same about my wife's ML320, but I can get by even in those seats with rest stops ever few hours. I live in Central Florida, and I make trips to Nashville non-stop in my CLK without any rest stops, so I really think the seats are very comfortable.
Ride in comfort!
Jim
