Eibach or H&R

Well after parking next to a 430 today, I realized just how dumb my car looks now with the 320 springs. The rear of the car sticks up.

Which set of springs delivers a more comfortable ride? And which set of springs looks better between the Eibach and H&R?

Comfort is predominantly a function of the dampener. While many will argue that one is more comfortable than another, few can actually attest to using both on the same car. I would recommend H&R based on lowering the car slightly more, an excellent product history, and being awesome. The research H&R spends on their products allows them to hit the nail on the head each and every time.

Thanks,
Ben

what about eibach?

will h&r make the car sit more like a 430 and eliminate fender gap on the -1.4 and 1.3 springs? Will the car bottom out over every bump i hit?

Do you reccomend eibach at all? why or why not

H&R would probablly make it look like a stock 430 height, can't say for sure...

As for Eibach, I have tried both Eibach and H&R on my E36 M3, liked the Eibach better because it was stiffer than the H&R, had H&R on my old E320 and it felt preety good, also have the H&R cupkit for my 430 right now and loving it.

So my conclusion was Eibach for Bimmers and stick with H&R for MB and Porsches...

Eibach was stiffer??? Did you use the Eibach first? It may be that your shocks were beginning to wear, and thus the H&R's felt softer. H&R's on BMW's are awesome, especially the coilovers!

Ben, yup, I had the Eibach first.... You bring up a good point, that thought never crossed my mind....

Eitherway, I use nothing but H&R now!!! They are THE best!!!
