CLK 430 2002
Transmisson Problem?
I have a 2002 CLK 430 with 107,000 miles, on the way home from work today, I gave it a little gas and it did not respond as in the past. I called my mechanic and he stated that it was possibly a transmission problem. I got home. However the Check Engine light came on. What do you think out there.

it could be anything. try to get the Error code and find out what it is.

no, go to Autozone. They will use an OBDII reader to see if there are any error codes and they will do it for free so, if they can, sell you some parts.
