CLK55A Cabs going, going ...
It was confirmed to me today that the last production decade for the CLK55A (Cabriolet) is March '02. That will be the end of the 55A so get your order in if you've been procrastinating.
Also, the current body CLK320A and CLK430A will continue for another year, into MY03. That's Cabs only for those less informed. ...RAB

In Mercedes speak (and lots of other manufacturers, automotive and otherwise)decade = 10 days of a given month. Hence, each month has three decades.

jkelley: Thanks for posting that definition of 'decade'. I know that there are a lot of people that browse these boards that don't know that. Whenever I use words like that with my salesperson, I get the feeling that she appreciates that I know those things.

No, but knowing what a production decade is and things like what a VPC is are some of the things that actually do help me communicate more effectively with my MB salesperson. My initial post was a comment in reference to jkelley's post. I made no attempt to answer your questions but I really do hope someone is able to.
