it looks like it would be hard for the driver to reach some of those controls. Mayabe im wrong though

Backwards, but a clean job. It would be tuff to get to the seat heaters and Haz buttons but the integration looks very clean.

They're buttons that are (or seemingly to me) rarely used anyway. This customization might be tolerable and of course, very well done.
