A exhaust question!

I'm getting ready to put in a supersprint exhaust with a resonator. And at some point the high flow kat. I talked to a Mercedes Tech, who will be installing my equipment on the side for me, and he mentioned that the check engine light might come on when the I replace the kat. He did mention the chip tuning would help this problem. So that the o2 sensors understand what they're reading without showing an error.

Is there a specific type of Kat that I should use. Evosport has mentioned that they are working on a Kat specificly for the Clk. But I would have to wait and my summers are short. I'm hoping there's another out there that will work. Any help would be appreciated.

I suggest that you check with Random Technologies to see if they can help. They specialize in high-flow cats for performance applications and might have relevant experience.
