damn seats wont move back...

my driver seat is stuck , where it looks like im driving like an old lady.... wtf.... anyways my passenger seat had this problem ever since i got my car 5 yrs ago .... didnt really care cause it was the passenger seat and it wasnt all the way forward its all the way back so didnt really care but now the other nite , i go to grab something from the back seat , the driver seat went forward like it should but never went back.... everything else works on the seat... i can lean it back or sit me up higher just cant move it back so i have leg room.... im sure im not the only one with this problem.... i did some research last nite and found something but it seems to work for only the c class cause the wires are different.... anyone know how to fix this stupid issue ? please help!!!!!

I am in the exact same situation. it started with the passenger seat, migrated to the driver seat. i am also interested in a solution.

Do a search for seats...it's been discussed many times. It's usually the fuses in the trunck and it is an indication that the 2nd motor is on the way out.

It happened to my driver side also cuz I barely moved it babck and fourth.try tapping it with a piece of with the buttons as you do it.it should work as long as your fuse are good.

my passenger seat did this too not long ago. changed the fuse but im pricing the motor right now.
