I have a 2000 clk 320

excuse my stupid question

the left fog light was not working.. I tried to change it.

I took the old bulb light out and I installed the new one.. the two metal things doesn't touch the bulb light so it didn't work.. but when I touch it with any metal thing it works.. I did that maybe 4 times I touched it with screwdriver and it worked but then suddenly both fog lights doesn't work!

I said maybe the fuse so I opened the fuse box and I took the fuse for the left headlight off (#9 I guess) and i put instead of the fog light fuse. the fog lights still not working.

I said whatever I don't want fog lights anymore!! I put the fuse for the left headlight back and now the left headlight is not working

i was having one problem and now I have three problems. both fog lights are not working plus the left headlight! any help please specially for the left headlight it was working fine, the only thing I did for it is I took the fuse off and I put it on and now it's not working

please help
