W208 wheels in the trunk?

W208 wheels in the trunk?
I am looking to pickup some used wheels with tires from someone in the classifieds section. The seller prefers local pickup over shipping, so I"m wondering if 4 wheels with tires will fit in the trunk of a W208 with the seats folded down. I think it would be real tight, so I'd rather not try unless someone has successfully done it before.

I've done this and fit all 4 with tires with the seats folded down. Actually, you wouldn't believe how much stuff I've fit into a CLK when I had to move a couple of years ago!

Yeah, there is a surprising amount of space back there. Where they the stock wheels? The ones I'm looking at are a bit wider, 8.5" front and 9.5" rear.

I have definitely fit the stock 1999 CLK 320 wheels in there, but i'm 99% certain I also fit the AMG rims with tires on too, because I had to take them to a tire place to have them balanced and installed. You should be good.
