id say thats over priced by a bit, I paid 3500 for my 00' black CLK320 with 257k miles, bought it from the second owner who bought it in 2001 from the Mercedes dealer serviced there every 15k miles. The car is in great shape minus a couple rust spots from Wisconsin winters its faced but im in the process of refinishing them. Even at 257k miles it still feels solid and has great pick up and its smooth and quiet idle and tranny is strong to this day.

Yeah, that's true. I am still looking around for a CLK. I am more less concerned about the mileage as far as it's being maintained consistently.
