I just bought a H&R rear Sway bar from a friend, he purchased it about ywo years ago but never installed it so it is brand new, How ever he doesnt ave the bushings. so here is the two questions that i have:

1. the H&R website says a different part number than the one thats on the actual sway bar, but when i google the part number from the sway bar it comes up as the w208 sway bar. is this normal? the part number on the actual bar is different than than the website or box?

website partnumber:71749-1
part number on sway bar: HR 33749 HA


2. Do i use the oem bushings or do i have to buy different ones? if so where can i buy the H&R bushings?

Good question Ash. If the new sway bar is larger in diameter than the oem I would say you would need to call H&R for the correct bushings.

I got mine from EvoSport 2 years ago and if I remember correctly it came with bushings. Below is a copied from the EvoSport Invoice from my order.

H&R - Sway Bar - Mercedes-Benz w202 C250, C280 (6cyl, incl. Kompressor) -
Front 28mm (not Adjustable) - 70749-2 / HRS.SUS.M02.W03

H&R - Sway Bar - Mercedes-Benz w202 C220, C230 (4cyl, not Kompressor) -
Rear 18mm (not Adjustable) - 71749-1 / HRS.SUS.M02.W02

As OleDB said, I'd email H&R Sales. The are pretty good because I had to order a new set of springs that came with the H&R Sports Cup Kit and wasn't listed on their site. The responded quickly.
