need help car drives strange

My car has been driving a bit heavy the past couple of weeks and i havent been able to figure out the issue. so here it goes: mine is a 1999 clk320 and i just had the rear end inspected as i'm doinga suspension overhaul, i know my flex disc is bad, the knockle bushings that connect to the lower rear cotrol arms is bad on the passenger side rear and also two of my subframe bushings are bad, i also yanked on the drive shaft and it has a play in it and my axcel cv boots are gone. so i placed an order for all the bushings and arms in the back as well as the drive shaft center support bearing and bushing but here is my questions can any of those items make the car ride heavy, by heavy i mean when you press on the gas the trans is there and when you floor it the trans jumps into down shift so i'm not sure of this is a trans issue or not, and the car is swings left to right in the back end in the freeways. when i press the gas pedal the car feels like its 2000 pounds heavier than it actually is, so any ideas? Thanks in advanced.
