Replacing xenon bulbs

I want to replace my xenon bulbs but can not seem to get the bulb out. When I look at it, there's a black plastic covering that is easily removed by turning. Next, theres a thick wire with a red covering on the top connected to what seems like the bulb. That one is also easily removed by turning it. After that, I can not seem to get any closer to the bulb. Any info would be helpful. Thanks.

There is also a black plug that holds/connects to the Xenon bulb itself. just 1/4 turn that slightly (i forgot in what direction) and the bulb/plug should pop right out. So which bulbas are u replacing it with?
