Yes all the momo stick shift knobs will fit on the Mercedes Automatic. I have a momo knob and it fit perfectly.

very nice... definitely a plus compared to the ugly plastic & leather shifter the CLK comes with...

btw, is it me, or is there something sticking out from the bottom of the knob?

You can get momo stuff off of ebay or one of the many import product distributors. There's a TON of stuff available. You can see at www.momo.it They range from 60 to over 100. I have a MOMO as well, I chose a different style however (leather/aluminum) cause I was going for a different look. I'll post a pic when I get back home.

I've always liked MOMO knobs, but never knew they would fit on the benz's auto...

i found this one to be one of my favorite MOMO knobs... it goes well with the black birds eye maple... and would be perfect for dronellis' carbon fiber interior...

I bought it from http://www.obbnmotorworks.com/ . $88 shipped.

The part you pointed out is the click. The hole of the momo knob is not as deep as the original MB knob therefore it sticks out.

The middle piece of the knob is not real wood, that is plastic.

Hmm... my shifter doesn't have that click... i guess that is yet another small difference in the '00+ MY MBs with TouchShift...

I was looking to buy the 00' CLK430 two months ago. All the north-east authorized dealers are asking for $41k average before negotiating the price. So I figured after negotiation the price will come down to $37~38k - if I can talk down 3~4 thousand.

I got my 99’ CLK430 for $31K with 3 years component warranty. I really like the 00+ CLK (multi-function steering wheel, stepronic and blinking mirrors). My budget is limited so I can't spend the extra six~seven thousand dollars for the 00' model. Too bad.

I really like the shape/style of that knob, but I found another pic that shows the "Momo" logo is printed on the top
After some digging I came up with this one. I just ordered it and I'll get some pics when I get it.
