I also have the M17's on my accord as well, what I noticed is that they look good when they are new, then fades out after awhile, I guess we just have to swap them out every couple months.

the M28's should last longer since it has the tinted glass as opposed to the painted surface on the M17.

Thumbs up HID City Lights

The lights both look great, but I was wondering if I need the M17 or M16 as seen in the picture. Is the picture just a reference for the company? Also where can I get the bulbs for front and back?

Thanks
dan

M17 for the front city lites and M28 for the back plates.

the package looks like the one i included in the pic.
as long as the model # is correct, they all emit super white/blue lite.

but i notice the M17's uses a coating instead of the actual blue tinted class on the M28, the M17's may fades out over time.

I got my in San Gabriel here in Los Angeles, you can try Ebay, search for "Polarg" and maybe email the person see if they carry these 2 models.

I think AolHoward meant to use these bulbs as decorations only, real Xenon bulbs don't even come in this small in size.

Question City Lights just installed..Polarg

I just installed the M17 lights in my car and I will post a pic of them this weekend. They aren't even close to AOLHOWARD's but they are better then the stock halogens. They look cool when the car is off because you can see the blue coating and they aren't yellow anymore. They look fairly bright white but as soon as the Xenons come on there is no comparison.

I wish mine were as blue as Howards but I'm not complaining.

I will post pic soon...

I tried both M17's & M28's after seeing the pics, the M28 in the back is about 3-4 times as bright as the M17, probably due to the actual tinted glass as opposed to coating, and they do emit WHITE light !! I would definitely recommend you give that a try !!

Like what you said, the M17 isn't as bright but they do look different and better than stock bulbs in my opinion !!
