Engine swap
I have a 99 CLK320 my cousins and i were dicussing tonight if it is possible to put a i.e. a 2001 CLK55 or even a 430 engine replacing my 320.

Is it possible???

This question has been asked quite a few times, you're better off selling your car and get the AMG.

Bruce is right, it would be cheaper to just trade up models. OR you could always supercharge the engine you have and do other performance mods like an MKB differential with a lower gear ratio. There's still a lot of possibilities if you want to go fast. ;0)

replace a V6 with a V8?????? Thatwould be alot of money and effort! Not worth it, get an AMG! If ur thinking of engine swap... then go for Brabus 3.8 block. If performance at good price.. then kleeman is the only way to go!

EVOSPORT.... i shall be expecting ur check in the mail any day soon!

i definitely agree that you shouldn't do an engine swap... not only will the price be extreme... but you won't be able to get any warranty work on it... plus it will be out of service for long time to do the engine swap and get everything to work perfectly...

better off with getting a different car or dropping in a kleemann SC

I only have the stock spring and shocks.
Sway bars are still on the car.
