Are you changing the whole unit because it's broken? Follow the instructions #2 on the diy...it's as easy as it says.

If it's just the bulb, you don't need to do anything to the bumper.
FYI...doing a search on the forum will get you a lot more answers to your question.

By Headlight i mean Headlight Assembly, and the link for front bumper removal pictorial in the how to thread is dead. So anyone know where i can find one?
