vacuum line is on driver side, back of engine compartment. its tough to pull out so be careful and use pliers. the hose is very stiff, if you cant get it upright pour the seafoam in a bowl and let the vacuum suck it in, remember do this slowly or you will kill the engine. use about 3/4 cup of seafoam, half in gas tank, turn off car and replug the vacuum line (make sure its back in tightly), let it sit for a half hour then run the car. rev continuously until all smoke is gone, drive around (hard) to make sure all the smoke is gone. there you have it. mine runs like new, after 200k miles it still runs like new. sometimes i wounder if its an AMG

the seafoam does not go to the EGR Valve. i literally just got done with cleaning my EGR valve. the egr vavle (Exhaust Gas Recirculation). EGR works by recirculating a portion of an engine's exhaust gas back to the engine cylinders. In a gasoline engine, this inert exhaust displaces the amount of combustible matter in the cylinder. its gonna be clogged up so you need to either take it to a mechanic or do it yourself and save about $450. heres a page for the diy, i will also add some pics to it.

Here are your codes...
P0130 O2 Sensor Circuit Malfunction (Bank 1 Sensor 1)
P0135 O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 1 Sensor 1)
P0400 Exhaust Gas Recirculation Flow Malfunction
I would disconnect your battery and reconnect it to see if it clears the codes.
