MBWorld Fanatic!
Tough to say
I mean a standard 1999 CLK 430 with over 55K miles is probably worth between 18-21K (just an unprofessional guess)
But with all the Kleemann mods (i.e. Supercharger, Rims and springs), there is some savings there.
However, it is out of warranty and with all that power, there may be some heavy wear and tear on it from the previous owner. Obviously it is not some 74 year old retired lady who owned this thing.
Factor in the cost of the extended warranty (if it is available and 25K is worth it)
However how much is the extened warranty and will this car qualify?
Also, remember that money put into a car to mod it (especially on the performance side) is usually never gotten back. Mod a car because you want to, but don't expect someone else to feel the same (monetarily) about those mods.

2002 CLK320
KKB.com has it for under $25k in "excellent" condition trade in, $29k private party.
sorry but a 2000 CLK430 with 50K+ miles is only worth $30k trade-in, $34k private party. Hope you bought it a while ago because if you just bought it recently, you've lost quite a bit of value already.
A Kleemann SC would likely not increase the car value even more. Mainly because the average joe wants a stock car, no mods usually. You would expect the car at $28k + $15k SC to go for $40+ easy, but I doubt it.
