Bilstein or Koni Shock???

I am about to change my shock due to the quality of my ride. I think I just need only two rears. However, some people recommend Bilstein when others are recommending Koni. Which one is better? or ANY OTHER BRANDS?

Anyone have their shocks for sale?
How much should I expect for two rear shocks?
Any good place to go??

Thanks folks~

Someone correct me if I'm wrong but aren't the ones that come on the CLK55 bilsteins? I got the Konis on mine. I used to have a Saleen and replaced the stock shocks with Koni's and had a good experience with them, and liked the fact that they were adjustable. I paid around 99 bucks for each shock. I don't know how good of an idea it is to have mismatched shocks tho. I doubt it would cause any kind of safety hazard, but if anyone has any more info on that (help mmgrad ;0)) please post it.
