I had a complete flat battery a few days ago, son left the headlights on.
Managed to get into the car with the aid of a long piece of metal and hooked the door handle.
Charged the battery, reset the windows no problem.
Now the roof does not work.
I've checked all the fuses, load cover etc.
I can unlock the bow lock manually but still no luck.
I've searched everywhere on this forum (I think) but cannot find a clue what to do.
Any ideas would be appreciated.

Sun is out here and I can't play!

are your rollbars up? Just a thought if your son was flipping switches (I assuming young). Tops go down manually also

Yes I've checked and double checked those. Still no joy.

Is there a reset procedure similar to the windows, ABS light etc?
