Front spacers

I recently tried to put 5mm spacers on my fronts and had a major shake in the steeering wheel. It appears that with the spacers in place the rim does not sit completely flush. I had to remove them. Is there anything out there I can use for to help center the rim. The rear spacers come with a lip on them that the rim sits on. The fronts do not.

I take it you have aftermarket wheels?
You can get hub centric rings that will help center the wheel on the hub.
Try a wheel store that carries different types of wheels they should have them.
They are just thin nylon rings that slip over the hubs.

Just to add to my post. Has anyone had problems with rear spacers. So far everthing is fine with my car but I have yet to get to a top speed to test it. I just don't want it to loose a wheel at 140/150 mph

No problems here, but I haven't had mine over 100mph.
I tried to fit H&R 12mm spacers on the front and the hub centric one's wont fit on the hub. go figure.
I'd like to get some 5-8mm spacers for the front. Let me know how you make out.

With the right bolts the spacer fit perfect but the problem is that the rims sits on a groove on the hub and with the spacer on the groove gets covered and thats why the wheel does not fit quite right. Those 5mm spacers need is a little lip on them and they'd work great. I'll try the hub centric rings that Timster recommended.

I've had my H&R's over 130 on the track and 150+ on the dyno. They are TUV approved, meaning that they will perform as well or better than stock.
