Is it possible to add power-folding mirrors?
Lately ive been paranoid of hitting my side mirrors in my garage, and my uncle came over one day with his 2003 S55 AMG, Black with the 18" 5-Stars, not the double spoke 5 stars, anywho, he pressed a button, and the mirrors folded, and then he parked it in my garage, it was so pimp. I wanted to know if we are able to do this as well? Ive seen a lot of 202 Kats pullin' this off, and I figured that no CLK'ers did this. I really want it, plus it looks pimp when you close your mirrors when you leave the ride. Thanks!

everything is possible my friend, provided u pay for it. I wanted to install the ONE TOUCH sunroof to my 2000 model CLK and they said its possible, control unit plus wiring would cost 1000 bucks!! I said F**K OFF!

I added the folding mirrors too (last fall) on my E430. There are pictures posted for the project to give you an idea of what's involved.

I do have one new driverside power folding mirror for the W208...but no pass side though...
The mirrors, wiring and switch with woodpanel is what you'll neeed...

How do i get the wood panel if its for a CLK? i thought this option was never available. i have black birds eye wood. How much would this all come out to? How is the installation?

link to picture of a similar setup...except for the fact that it was installed in a W202...the W208 uses the same additional switch.
