98 clk320 tune up

This car been sitting up for 5 years. In I'm doing a major tune up. Because check engine light on. In its saying miss fire in cylinder 4. How many spark plug this vehicle have. 6 or 12.

2 per cylinder, so 12 for your car

99CLK320,

Has anyone noticed any difference between the NGKs and Bosch? Probably not but I thought I would ask.
