Hi guys,

I retro fitted a command unit today into my w208 coupe and it all works perfectly apart from the fan inside the command unit stays on constantly and does not shut off (left it for 2 hours)

Does anyone have any ideas of how to fix this??

Hi guys I just went and unplugged it all jiggled the wires and removed and reinserted the fuse sat in the car and the fan turned off with the instrument cluster. The minute I opened the door and the instrument cluster came on the fan started again.

Am I right in thinking the command receives the signal from the cluster and turns on when the cluster turns on. Then when the cluster goes off it sends a shutdown signal to the command??
