Need help with subwoofers in rear deck.

I recently had a new head unit with superb connectivity (Kenwood DDX 419) installed in my 99 CLK 320 (non Bose). The install rendered the rear deck subwoofers incapacitated or without amplification. the techs were not capable of firing up the rear subs which greatly reduces the listening experience. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

If you paid someone to install this new radio then take it back and show them the very detailed pages for radio installation and wiring from this forum. They obviously don't know what they are doing when it comes to this car. My rear deck speakers are working fine with aftermarket head unit to factory amp.
